Please return this form at least 7 DAYS BEFORE your order is required with a £25.00 deposit. Confirmation of your booking will be sent on the receipt of this form and deposit.
Terms and Conditions
1.Full payment is required on or before the day of delivery or collection, as well as a £25.00 refundable deposit.
2.All items are strictly hired for a period of 3 days only
3.Any items, or parts of any item, not returned will be charged up at the their replacement
4.Customers are responsible for the safe keeping of all hired items, including plastic tubs, plastic glass tubs and their dividers and cardboard glass boxes which be returned in a usable state, from the time of delivery or collection until all items are returned
5.All hired goods will be counted and checked on their return, and in hirers absence they must accept discrepancies found
6.Any item considered by Celebration China Hire Ltd to be no longer serviceable will be invoiced at its full replacement cost
7.Any query regarding a shortage of hired items will only be considered on the day of receivership of hired items by the customer
8.The cancellation of any part or the whole of an order, will only be accepted, if it is made 4 days prior to the orders requirement. If the order was first placed after this time, then no decrease from the first order placed will be accepted
9.The increase of any order will only be accepted if it is made 72 hours or more before the order delivery and is subject to availability. A £10.00 administration charge will be also added. The deposit paid will be forfeited if the whole order is placed is canceled at any time
10.Acceptance of hired items is notification that the hirer has read and understood the conditions of hire
11.Any delivery or collection made out of office hours will incur an excess charge
12.Refundable deposits will be returned within 7 days of your order being collected or returned. Any shortage found will be deducted and the remainder returned to you
13.Celebration China Hire Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices at any time until order confirmation has been received
